About this Business
The Pack is a small-batch, personalized dog boarding & dog daycare facility in Oakland. On a typical day, in our newly expanded facility, you would find 10 boarding dogs and 2-3 daycare dogs. All dogs have unrestricted access to the outdoor play yard for supervised play and access to quieter, more private spots to rest and recharge. After visiting our website, scrolling through our Instagram page & reading customer reviews here on Google, create a profile on our client portal to arrange a meet n greet here at HQ (Tuesday’s & Thursdays 5:30-8:30P). This is required for new clients considering boarding or day care services. We look forward to hearing from you and caring for your animal(s).

When booking any of our services, we need you to know those basic informations to make your experience better on our platform
- Vaccination Requirements
- We require all pets to be current on their Rabies vaccination. with a minimum requirement for a pet to be vaccinated is 48 hours prior to the start of service.
- Service Pricing
- Services and pricing mav vary by location. Price Quoted is based on the individual needs of your pet, e.g. coat condition, size, breed, etc.
- Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation for 48 hours. If cancelling within 4 hours of an appointment. please contact the service provider
